Photobooth delivery in Nijmegen and the surrounding area
Your photobooth for a celebration in Nijmegen is delivered in advance to a home or business address. This also applies to requests from Wijchen, Beuningen, Lent and the surrounding area.
The base price for delivery and collection together is €65 including VAT. Customer collection and direct delivery to an external event venue are not available. You transport the system to your venue and set it up yourself.

Choose the first and, if applicable, last day of use, your model and extras. In the next step, enter the delivery address and see the proposed transport dates. You pay nothing online.
02 · CONFIRM
We agree the schedule
After checking your request, we send a quote. Once you accept, we confirm the arrangements and any instructions for personalisation or a custom background.
03 · RECEIVE
Time to set up and test
We usually deliver one day before the first day of use. This gives you time to set up and test the photobooth following the instruction card.
Delivery windows and costs
Standard delivery and collection together cost € 65. The standard delivery window is 08:30–18:00. You can choose a narrower delivery window in your request: 08:30–13:00 (€ 30 extra), 08:30–15:00 (€ 25 extra), 13:00–18:00 (€ 35 extra) or 15:00–18:00 (€ 45 extra). Your selected surcharge is shown in the summary.
You will receive an estimated arrival time by text message and email in advance. Make sure the lead booker can receive the photobooth and your contact details are correct. The final schedule is confirmed in the quote.
Taking it to the venue yourself
The photobooth travels as a transport case. Allow for approximately 25 kg and check the space in your car and the route to the setup location beforehand. Lift and transport the system carefully. Keep the protective covers: you will need them again afterwards.
At the venue, you provide a sturdy surface and a suitable power socket. Follow the instruction card supplied with your model. See the user guide too.
After the party: pack it and have it ready
Clean the photobooth carefully, replace the protective covers and have the correctly packed case ready at the agreed home or business address. The collection date depends on the last day of use and the transport schedule; after weekend use, this may be Monday. You will see the proposed date in your request and receive the confirmed arrangement from us.
Make sure someone can hand the case to the driver. Delivery and collection take place at the same agreed home or business address.

We handle enquiries for Nijmegen, Lent, Groesbeek, Malden, Elst, Son en Breugel, Valkenswaard, Wijchen, Beuningen, Asten, Someren and Eersel. Even if your event is elsewhere, a home or business address is used for transport.
Hire, delivery and collection
This is the usual A-Z schedule for delivery and collection at the customer’s address. Your confirmed dates are shown in your quote. Delivery and collection days do not count as booked hire days.

The internal handover between BSG and the carrier may take place on different days. Your schedule shows delivery and collection at your home or business address.
